do i have a mental disorder or what is it?
i think i might have a mental disorder or be possessed or something and i dont know what to do. i cant sleep at night because i am deathly afraid of the dark now. if i close my eyes i hear voices telling me to do bad things and to kill myself but when im in the dark or in a place by myself like my room at night i see things scary faces hear people screaming and shrieking and i see what looks like a big angel with open arms but its black and scary. sometimes ill feel like somethings scratching me and bruising me and when i look at my body i see scratches but if i look in a mirror they’re gone can someone help me? am i possesed or is it all a mental thing in my head?
